This 168,000 sq. ft. renovated (occupied/phased construction) high school facility located in Wapato, Washington, will include classrooms, shops, media center, stage, kitchen, commons area, gymnasium, locker rooms, weight room, wrestling rooms, and administrative and support spaces.

Energy efficiency was a specific focus for the mechanical design of this facility.  MSI analyzed several system options to determine the most appropriate for the facility. The final system selection was based on a energy life cycle cost analysis (ELCCA) considering construction costs, repair and maintenance costs, and energy consumption.
