OVERVIEW
MSI provided the mechanical and plumbing design for this high profile, historic renovation in the heart of downtown Spokane. The ten-story mixed-use building houses retail and commercial space on the first two stories and residential apartments on the remaining upper floors. An all-new central water source heat pump plant serves both the commercial and residential spaces, maximizing efficiency while providing future flexibility to the owner.
