OVERVIEW
MSI was a signatory partner of the Integrated Lean Project Team to provide engineering services on this new 100 bed, 67,000 square foot, 3-story behavioral hospital, located at a high profile downtown location at 5th and Brown. Mechanical systems consist of heat-recovery air handling units serving a VAV Reheat systems with high-efficiency control features. A high-efficiency, central heating water boiler plant and chiller plant provide heating and cooling with primary-secondary pumping systems.
