The renovation of this building provided the following spaces for the Spokane Community College:

• Instructional Programs for Radiology Technology and Biomedical Equipment Technician
• Student Health and Wellness Center
• Speech Program
• Offices for Physical Education and Athletic Programs
• Computer Services

The HVAC system utilized for the facility was a Dedicated Outdoor Air System (DOAS) with 4-Pipe Fan Coil Units.  The school was awarded a LEED Gold certification.
