The HVAC system utilized for the administration facility was a raised-floor system served by air-to-air heat pump units. This system selection was closely coordinated with the owner, and chosen due to its highly flexible nature, which would accommodate future interior remodels with ease.

The project was awarded a LEED Gold certification. Sustainable Features:

  • Raised-floor system for occupant comfort and flexibility.
  • High efficiency, air-to-air heat pump units with heat recovery.
