This 202,000 sq. ft. high school located in East Wenatchee, Washington, was designed to be constructed with an occupied-phased approach. The renovation portion of this project (156, 200 sq. ft.) included updating the existing classroom wings, main gymnasium,  auditorium, commons area, kitchen, shops and locker rooms. The facility additions (45, 800 sq. ft.) included new classrooms, auxiliary gym and weight room.

The HVAC system untilized for the high school was a VAV hot water reheat system with a highly efficient water cooled chiller plant. The school was designed to meet the Washington Sustainable School Protocol.
