MSI was responsible for the mechanical and plumbing systems design on this new landmark classroom building on the Pasco campus of Columbia Basin College. Our mechanical engineers worked closely with the structural engineer and the architectural team to unobtrusively incorporate mechanical systems into the unique architecture of the building. MSI also provided energy modeling and support to help the project achieve LEED Silver certification.
